Research Tri Center

In 1988, Craig Davis Properties developed 2,380,000 square feet of industrial/light manufacturing and distribution space at Research Tri-Center. It became one of the nation’s premier distribution centers. Research Tri-Center consists of 14 buildings. The park encompasses 178 acres at build-out which totals 2,380,000 square feet of space. Research Tri-Center is located within the Research Triangle Park/I-40 corridor making it easily accessible to Research Triangle Park related service providers as well as RTP companies.
