Hampton Roads Research Quad
In May of 2005, Craig Davis Properties completed the first 60,000 square-foot facility at the Quad, which is now home to the National Institute of Aerospace, a world-class education institute strategically aligned with NASA Langley Research Center to perform cutting-edge aerospace and atmospheric research.
December of 2006, Craig Davis Properties completed the second building, Hampton Roads Research Quad III, a 100,000 SF Class A office facility. The building was the first on the Virginia Peninsula constructed to the Unified Force Criteria meeting the Department of Defense Anti-Terrorism Force Protection standards (ATFP) and was completed within 12 months of receiving Notice to Proceed from the General Services Administration.
