This medical facility was developed as a 105,000 square foot medical office building in a 60-acre master planned community which includes a hospital, a wellness center, a Harris Teeter, small shop retail and restaurants, and other ancillary medical components. The goal of this development was that this larger regional center delivers an exceptional amenity package to patrons of the medical practices and also increases general foot traffic and visibility for the practices. The project contemplates exceptional architecture and exciting retail tenants with goal of delivering an “experiential” environment for all of the constituents of the development; an environment that creates a competitive advantage for the tenant and related medical practices by enhancing the experience and feel of receiving medical services for patients.
