Scott Hellmuth
VP of Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing for Craig Davis Properties, Scott Hellmuth is responsible for providing senior-level marketing strategy and corporate/investment brand positioning and marketing communication efforts for the company. He oversees the development of a targeted, integrated marketing communications plan designed to build awareness, develop relationships for investment/fund offerings, and drive growth. Scott directs the creative process and manages external agencies in brand identity development, public relations, digital development/management, media and collateral, leading all corporate communications.
Scott is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of Randolph-Macon College where he earned a B.A. in Environmental Studies. He has been member of the CDP team since 2015.
