Ethan Byrom
VP of Finance
As VP of Finance for Craig Davis Properties, Ethan Byrom is responsible for providing strategic financial and analytical support to company executives concerning the development, acquisition and disposition of various real estate investments. Ethan researches asset- and market-specific trends and uses key assumptions to create complex financial models, calculate projected investment returns and assist with deal structuring.
Prior to joining Craig Davis Properties in 2017, Ethan attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Mathematical Decision Sciences.
