Craig Davis Properties (CDP) unveils plans for a new Flex building near Raleigh-Durham International Airport. 

CARY, NC – On Tuesday, Craig Davis Properties, Inc. unveiled plans for a new 65,000-square-foot industrial flex building located in the heart of the Triangle. The building will be on 7.72 acres at 1050 Northgate Court in Morrisville, NC– off Aviation Parkway just south of Interstate 40.  The industrial flex building will boast 24-foot clear heights, 19 dock doors with some being drive-in docks, as well as top-of-the-market electrical and lighting packages.  The building will be built to spec, but CDP plans to have tenants on board early enough in the process to incorporate tenant upfits during shell construction.  Hagar-Smith out of Raleigh is designing the project.

“With extremely close proximity to I-40, RDU, and Research Triangle Park, along with a robust electrical and lighting package, we plan on targeting smaller industrial users — between 6,000-12,000 square feet — who might be supporting larger life sciences companies within the park,” says Greg Jonczyk, senior project manager with Craig Davis Properties.   The anticipated groundbreaking will occur in Q3 of 2024.
