Northgate (1050 Northgate)

1050 Northgate Court is a new industrial flex project announced by Craig Davis Properties (CDP) in early 2024.  This estimated 65,000-square-foot industrial flex building is located directly in the heart of The Triangle; just approximately three (3) miles from RDU International Airport, and just five (5) miles from Research Triangle Park (RTP) Headquarters.  The project will be backed up directly to Interstate 40, providing a unique connection across NC and proximity to Interstate 95 and Interstate 85 respectively.  The project will be tilt-up exterior construction and sits on 7.98 acres with direct access to one of the most major economic engines within the life science sector, Research Triangle Park just several minutes away.  Northgate is also bounded by three Tier-1 research universities.

When completed, 1050 Northgate will sport unique features such as ESFR Sprinkler System, 24-foot clear heights, a combination of dock-high & drive-in doors, large column spacing, a large truck court, and 480V 3-phase power services.  Northgate will also have ample parking for tenants and guests alike.
