Mariana Molina
Chief Strategy Officer
Mariana Molina, Chief Strategy Officer of Craig Davis Properties, works closely with Craig Davis to develop a corporate strategy and implement strategy initiatives that are aligned with the company’s long-term goals. She identifies strategic partnership opportunities and works with the company’s leadership team to maximize operational effectiveness and corporate financial performance. Prior to joining CDP, Mariana practiced transactional commercial real estate law with one of Chicago’s largest and most respected law firms.
Mariana was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and moved with her family to Chapel Hill, North Carolina in 1985. Mariana attended UNC Wilmington and graduated with a BA in French. She earned a J.D. from North Carolina Central School of Law and an LL.M. in commercial real estate law from John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
Mariana is also the founder and President of Bella Vista Development Group, a boutique commercial real estate development company and CDP-affiliate that seeks to promote diversity among leadership roles within the development industry.
