Located within 100 yards of the intersection of Davis Drive and Hopson Road in the heart of Research Triangle Park (RTP), Davis Park West is one of the last large developable tracts within this corridor and is a prime site for residential, office, and ancillary retail.

RTP has land-use restrictions that have limited the ability to provide housing, retail, and other services to the nearly 55,000 employees and 300+ companies currently located within the Park. Fortunately, Davis Park West is not subject to those restrictions, giving CDP a unique opportunity to provide housing, services and additional office space.
