Rhonda Medlin
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer of Craig Davis Properties, Rhonda Medlin develops and implements the company’s overall accounting and financial strategy. She is responsible for managing and reporting on all fiscal and fiduciary affairs of the organization, including reporting to investors, lenders, partners and government agencies; cash and investment management; budgeting and forecasting; and managing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
Rhonda is an eastern North Carolina native and has worked with CDP for over 20 years. She attended North Carolina State University where she earned a B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Management with a concentration in Information Systems.
