Jamie Robinson
VP of Finance and Capital Markets
As CDP’s Vice President of Finance and Capital Markets, Jamie oversees many of the company’s financial matters including modeling, budget preparation, fund management, and risk control. Jamie has a diverse real estate background in property management, acquisition, and investment management roles. Prior to joining CDP, Jamie was the founder and owner of Valu8tion, where he provided institutional-quality finance and analysis services to developers, publicly traded REITs, owner-operators, and brokers nationwide. Prior to that, Jamie served as an analyst with Spectrum Properties where he assisted with the launch of their first GP investment fund and successfully deployed all capital over a three-year period among multiple product types. Jamie also worked as a senior analyst with Grubb Properties.
Jamie earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance and an M.S. in Real Estate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
