Our Team

As VP of Accounting for Craig Davis Properties, Heidi Richards oversees the finance, accounting, information systems, internal audit and investor relations departments of the company and supports the executive team in its capital raising efforts and overall financial strategy. Heidi has significant experience in property management accounting, treasury management and financial reporting.

Heidi was born in Miami and attended Florida Atlantic University, graduating with a BA in Accounting. She has been a member of the CDP team since 2004.
