Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager, Drew is primarily responsible for the oversight of all new CDP multifamily development throughout the Southeast. Drew works closely with all stakeholders of the development and construction process by leading projects through design, entitlements, budgeting, financing, construction administration, and stabilization. Since joining CDP in 2021, Drew has overseen the development of over 1,000 multifamily units in the Carolinas, with over 1,000 more units currently in the pipeline. Drew has held various leadership roles in the multifamily development sector and oversees the proactive management processes of all development team members with compatibility in CPM scheduling, project delivery, and contract management.
Drew earned a B.S. in Construction Services and Management from the University of Clemson and is a resident of South Carolina.
