Tenants should use the following phone numbers to notify our staff of emergency situations, work orders and to obtain information on the operational status at our properties.
After-Hours Emergency Service

The maintenance coordinator number will connect you to our 24-hour On-Call Service after regular business hours. When prompted by the attendant, please provide your name, your company's name, the building name and a phone number where you can be reached.
Property Status Line
919.678.9554
The Property Status Line will provide information on the status of your property, including power outages, system status reports, road closures, etc. This number is for informational purposes only.
Non-Emergency Issues & Work Orders
Please submit your non-emergency work orders online or call our maintenance coordinator at 919.484.2727. As always, please feel free to call your Property Management office if you have any questions or require assistance.
