	In 2007, Craig Davis Properties purchased Highwoods Office Center, a four building, approximately 256,000 sq. ft. office portfolio in Highwoods Office Park in Raleigh, NC. The property was developed between 1982 and 1999 and has been owned and managed by Highwoods since development. HOC is part of the approximately 150 acre master-planned Highwoods Office Park. The lush landscaping is fully irrigated amid mature hardwoods. Highwoods Office Center offers on-site property management and maintenance, as well as an on-site day care facility.
