Alliance Center will be the next phase of Class A office space located on the 1,334-acre Centennial Campus, adjacent to North Carolina State University. Alliance Center will provide an additional 150,000 square feet of Class A office space adjacent to the fully completed Venture Center.
Centennial Campus is a unique research park that attracts private corporations, government agencies, technology companies, as well as start-up companies, enabling them all to benefit from the resources of the University. Craig Davis Properties was the first private developer to build on Centennial Campus.
